Printable Family Movie Night Bucket List

Are you traveling this summer? I don’t know about you, but our summer vacation is looking a little bit different this year. We’re staying close to home. No fun road trips. No Disney. No cruises. My kids are used to some sort of summer getaway, and right now we’re not comfortable going anywhere.

HOWEVER, that’s not to say we still won’t have a fun summer filled with lots of happy memories!

Our family LOVES to have movie nights. We usually have at least one per week. It’s a great way to spend time together, all snuggled up on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn.

We usually take turns choosing movies. The only rule is it has to be family-friendly! My kids are 6 and 10 years old, which means it needs to be something that will keep my youngest son’s attention. Because let’s face it. If he’s not happy, no one’s happy!

Grab your printable family movie list here.

You can easily start a weekly tradition with your family by creating your own must-watch movie list. Write in the films you want to see, and check them off as you go!

Do you need some family-friendly movie ideas? I’ve got you covered!!

  • Trolls World Tour — An uplifting, fun, vibrant film that celebrates music and diversity. The soundtrack will make you want to get up and dance and leave you feeling happy. The theme of unity will bring us together and encourage us to appreciate and embrace our differences. Read my full spoiler-free review here.
  • Onward — Disney Pixar’s latest will encourage you to hold on tightly to your loved ones and speak your hearts fire. If anything, Onward will teach you to love the ones you’re with. Read full review here.
  • SCOOB! — A blast from the past loaded with nostalgia, pop culture, and above all friendship. Read review here.

What family films would you add to your movie list?

I would add some of the movies from my childhood like Neverending Story.
