Folks, I have an obsession. With a color{s}. Weird, right?
I am LOVING the combination of yellow & gray together. And it seems like I’m not alone. If you look on Pinterest, there are lots of people pinning all sorts of yellow & gray goodies.
Here are a few things I’m loving right now.
This is a digital scrapbooking paper kit. I just love the colors, patterns, everything. You can find it here.
Here is some subway art. I adore everything about the song “You Are My Sunshine.” I’ve sang this song to Lincoln since he was a wee babe. I already have a print hanging in his bedroom, but I just love the colors in this one.
I haven’t worn a headband in years, but I really like the style/look of this one.
And how about some yellow & gray for my wardrobe…
And holy crap I love this one even more…
If I ever have a baby girl, I think she just might need this…oh my goodness, I cannot stand the cuteness!!
Next up are these curtains. They’re actually made from a tablecloth, which I think is just GENIUS! Not to mention it’s a NO SEW TUTORIAL…totally for me! I really love them and wish the pattern wasn’t discontinued.
And this, as far as I’m concerned is this ultimate. Notice the bedspread matches those pretty curtains I posted above. People would probably think I was a bit crazy if my entire decor was yellow & gray…but I can still love it!
What color combinations are you loving right now? I go through phases, but I really can’t remember ever being so obsessive about a color combination like this before! I’m a bit odd, yes?
me too!!!!!! I love those style boards that people post on pinterest with the color combos. Unfortunately I wear 2 things: khakis and yoga pants. Boring.. stupid work is limiting my style!

Anywho, you should totally use that scrap kit to re-do your blog!
I'm loving the gray right now with any color really. We painted our bedroom gray when we moved into where we live now, and all the linens are bright white, I still haven't picked the other accent color. I'm torn between teal and yellow right now.

I have been researching because I’m redoing my living room even though it is slow going. I’m addicted to grey at this point in my life I think because it is peaceful and soothing color. I have teal (a lighter version) and grey in my bedroom and I’m doing grey and yellow (more of a gold yellow). My new couch is grey and came with these pillows that have a circle pattern on them in colors of the yellow gold and creme and grey. I also have a solid gold chair in there so I’m basivally trying to pull the room together you know. I’m using different patterns. I have grey and creme curtains with a geometric pattern. Then like I said the grey couch with the circle patterned pillows in grey creme and gold and also a set of solid gold pillows. I lucked out and found a chair on wayfair done in the same circle pattern as the pillows on couch so I got it to make the look complete along with new lamps and a grey ombré vase with gold flowers and a grey bowl with creme, grey, and gold yarn made balls to sit in. And last will be floor rug to pull it all together and new paint on walls. So excited for this look! I may end up with grey in every room of house before I’m done! Lol
