I knew Lincoln’s week and a half break from school would go by in the blink-of-an-eye. He had eleven days off total, and it wasn’t enough! I know a lot of parents are more than ready to send their sweet kiddos back to school, but I really enjoyed having him home. Sometimes I wish I could just homeschool him, but then I know how much he loves school. He loves the classroom environment with his friends. It would be 100% selfish of me.
Anyways, we had a great break. We were incredibly busy, as usual. We spent some quality time at home, baked cookies, did crafts, played games (Pie Face for the win!), we visited my parents house in Rhode Island, had multiple Christmas celebrations, and took Avery to his first movie (The Good Dinosaur)!
Annnnd looking back at these photos, we seem to have spent 99% of our time in our elf jammies!
Oh what fun!! Lots of family time spent, and many memories made. Now it’s back to our regular routine…and almost time to start our countdown to Disney World!!
