This surely cannot be my sweet itty bitty BABY eating with a :::gasp::: FORK!!!
We’ve always offered Lincoln utensils while eating. Most of the time, he’ll just play with it, or hold it in one hand, while shoveling food into his mouth with the other hand.
However, now-a-days, he wants to feed himself! He doesn’t care if it’s messy or not…as you can see from the photo, he’s eating ravioli 🙂
He does really well with a spoon, if he’s eating oatmeal or yogurt. I think it’s because it stays on a little bit easier. He’s making his Momma proud, that’s for sure! But he surely is growing up TOO FAST!!!
He’s rapidly approaching 20 months old! Which means, just FOUR months until his SECOND birthday!?! Umm. Yeah. I’m going to have to get in party planning mode soon. Whoa. Slow down sweet boy. Don’t grow up too fast on your Momma!
