Another crazy busy week, and I don’t know when that will ever change! I look at my planner, and there is always something going on!
This past week we got ready to welcome Easter! We took Lincoln to visit the Easter bunny, and displayed some decorations throughout the house.
On Friday, we took Lincoln to see The Croods at the movie theater. He loved it, and now every time he sees a rock wall, or something to that effect he’ll shout, “MOM, A CAVE!!!”
He is {finally} starting to let me read books with him. He’s been going through a stage where he doesn’t want to sit for books. But, I think preschool might have gotten him out of this funk…thank god! Anyways, the other night I asked him to go and choose a book to read. He came back with the book, “I love you, Mommy.”
Seriously, kid. You have my heart.
We always spend Easter weekend at my parents house in Rhode Island. It’s a great day, and we always have a huge Easter egg hunt for Lincoln. This year he was so incredibly excited to be hunting for eggs!
This week, we’re back in the swing of things. I have a hearing appointment this week, and Lincoln has his first dentist appointment! Oh boy!!
