“Hey, Howdy, Hey!” Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios opens June 30th, and I have the inside scoop on its latest developments! Slinky Dog Dash
The lovable Slinky Dog will indeed have his own attraction! Perhaps you caught him on Good Morning America announcing the opening date of June 30th. Attendees at DisneySMMC were greeted by Slinky Dog during our Pixar Family Dinner. This family friendly coaster will be a hit for all ages! Riders will zip around and above Toy Story Land, providing panoramic views of the new land. It will be loads of fun for the entire family!
Alien Swirling Saucers
“OOOOOO!” Who doesn’t love those adorable little green aliens?! In this attraction, aliens will swirl about in their flying saucers with guests in tow in their rocket-ship toys, while “The Claw” hangs overhead. This will be an intergalactic adventure for all!

Toy Story Mania!
Toy Story Mania has been a much-loved attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for many years. If you’re familiar with the popular arcade themed ride, you’ll know that do to its popularity, a Fast Pass is always recommended. Disney Imagineers have been hard at work developing a brand NEW track. This will help decrease the wait time, allowing more guests to play!

Woody’s Lunch Box
Of course with all of that playing, you’ll be sure to work up an appetite! Woody’s Lunch Box will offer tasty on-the-go meals, and even old-fashioned soda floats! Woody’s Lunch Box will feature Mini Babybel – the Official Snack Cheese of Walt Disney World Resort — YUM!!
Set across eleven acres, Toy Story Land will place guests inside the wondrous world of Woody, Buzz and their pals, inviting everyone to experience the joy of being a toy. This new land will bring nostalgia for multi generations of park-goers.
We are so excited for this. I remember when we were there last year, we stood by the sign checking out the plans for a while 🙂

Toy Story was one of my kids favorite movies growing up. I would love to go to Toy Story Land. We are hoping to go to Disney this winter .

We loved the Toy Story movies, so I am sure that we would LOVE to visit Toy Story Land! It looks so spectacular and the rides sound like so much fun.

I’m literally counting down the days until this opens! Toy Story is one of my favorite movies and I can’t wait to share this experience with my daughter.

Are the going to bring back the potatoe head station ?!?! I went like a month or 2 after they closed the one in downtown Disney !! Was the one souvenir I was looking forward to taking home !!
OH No! Did they really?! I’m super surprised, that always seemed SO popular! I’m not sure if they’re planning on bringing it to the new land…but what better place for it to be!! Fingers crossed!!
