Are you looking for more at home printable learning resources for your family? Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to promote healthy eating and lifestyles with your children? Dole is offering FREE printables, easy recipes, and SO much more! This is a sponsored partnership with MomSelect and The Dole Food Company. All opinions are my own.

Literally overnight we have added one more hat to our daily routine. Teacher. The idea of homeschooling my children is something that has always peaked my curiosity. However, I think we can all agree this isn’t exactly “homeschooling.” What we’re doing is assisting our child’s teachers in their education, all while trying to provide as much normalcy during this unpredictable transition.

Never in my life have I printed so many materials. And to be honest, I’m not complaining about that, either. There has been so much FREE information and educational resources available at my fingertips. It seems like I’m discovering and bookmarking new things on a daily basis!

I think throughout this current situation we are all in, maintaining healthy eating habits could be easily forgotten about. However, now more than ever it is important to educate your children on how your diet can improve your health.

Snack Your Colors Chart

This is a fun way to encourage your children to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Each time they eat a fruit that is purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, or red, they can color in the matching color’s space on that day of the week! My youngest loves rainbows, and I love the idea of teaching him to “eat the colors of the rainbow!”
