Five on Friday 

I feel like I haven’t been around this little space as much lately — which is why I was determined to do a new “Five on Friday” this week! I wanted to jump on quick and give you an update into our (busy busy) lives!

We’re gearing up for our big move to Rhode Island. Our house won’t be done for awhile yet, however, I wanted Lincoln to start the school year off at his new school! We’ll be living with my parents during this transition.

SO, that means I have been busy busy packing whatever we will need for the time being in Rhode Island, all while keeping up with our already crazy schedule!  BUT, it will all be worth it and I’m SO excited for this adventure!

Snapped this keeper on vacation a few weeks ago.  The boys shared the pull-out bed in the hotel. I woke up in the middle of the night to check on them HAD to snap a photo of this complete cuteness.

Speaking of our mini-vacay, Lincoln and Avery were big fans of the hotel pool. These boys are going to be SO spoiled with their indoor pool at our new house. They talk about it ALL the time!

I still need to blog about my time in NYC at Blogger Bash and Sweet Suite, but it was truly a great time. It was also so nice to get away with Jared for a bit. We’re always so busy with everything, so it was wonderful to slow down a bit and have some fun! Also? We had NO KIDS with us! That happens like…NEVER!

And speaking of our house…how about an updated photo on the progress? The walls (interior and exterior) are almost completely up! Next they’ll be putting on our roof!! We chose the shingles the other day and went with Pewter, as well as our siding color, Pacific Blue. It’s so exciting to watch it all come together!

This weekend Jared has my brother’s bachelor party, so we’re heading to RI again. We’re also getting our new bed delivered (to my parents house) over the weekend. I’m ridiculously excited. It’s a pretty fancy bed…the boys are going to think it’s a new toy, HA!
