Oh my goodness, what a week! We had a wonderful holiday weekend with our little family. Jared’s aunt always hosts an annual picnic Memorial Day Weekend, so it was really nice to see everyone. Lincoln and Avery had the greatest time ever. They both went SWIMMING, and they just loved playing with all of their cousins! We’re entering a really busy time of the year…busier than normal, if that’s even possible — SUMMER!! So excited!
I’m looking forward to lots of new adventures. We’ll be traveling a bit. We have some wedding stuff to do for my brother’s upcoming wedding this October. I’m attending TWO blogging events. One next week at the Disney Social Media Moms On-The-Road Event in Boston (squee!!!), and then there’s Blogger Bash in NYC this July! Jared is coming along with me. We’re going to make a little mini-vaca out of it, just the two of us (something we NEVER do) in the big city! Very exciting!!
And then there’s some HUGE news I’m going to be sharing with you…but more on that later 😉 Let’s get started on this weeks “Five on Friday!”

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I will never tire of taking photos of my boys sleeping. They look so little. I love how you can see their sweet baby faces.

Lincoln came home from school the other day with a book he wrote. What did he choose to write about? Well, that’s easy…DISNEY, OF COURSE!! He did such a great job, saying why he loves Disney so much, and why you will love it too! As much as he loves math and science, I am so happy he also enjoys writing — like his momma!

And speaking of “being like their momma,” I think I caught Avery starting his own blog the other day! He was so serious, busy at work!

Jared got all fancy the other night and made the boys a special drink inside of a pineapple! It was such a special treat, especially for Avery. He usually only drinks milk and water. I should have videoed the faces he was making — too funny!!

And speaking of my little Avery bug, I taught him all about the power of making wishes the other day at Lincoln’s baseball game. He found every single dandelion in that field to make wishes! Look at his sweet little face <3
And that’s a wrap! We’re headed to Rhode Island for the weekend — like I said, busy busy!
Cheers to the weekend!!
XOXO

I want a special pineapple drink too! How cool!
I’m loving that pineapple drink!!! I want to do it this summer for my girls!! And sleeping kid pictures are so cute!
Love the Disney pic! How creative to make a drink inside of a pineapple!
