WHAT A WEEK.
No. Really guys. WHAT A WEEK.
This is the first time I’m posting this week because we had a ridiculously horrible wind storm Sunday evening. It knocked the power out for FOUR DAYS!!! Lincoln didn’t have school for two of those days! COMPLETE MADNESS!!!
So. I figured hopping on for a quick “Friday Five” was the way to go.

This is the tree we woke up to falling down in the middle of the night. Surprisingly, the boys slept through it.

Last weekend our family was supposed to go on a hosted media trip, but they cancelled last minute. We were super bummed, and I really didn’t want to disappoint the kids. We had an overnight comped room at Foxwoods, so we decided to cash in on that. We spoiled the boys at Sugar Factory for dinner and then they played in the arcade. I’m glad we were able to make something positive for them out of a crappy situation.
The boys think the goblets are so fun….but MAN are they sweet!! Check out my “dinner.” This was the Apple Pie Waffles, and they were the most delicious, yummy waffles EVER!

After we were leaving our hotel at Foxwoods, I checked my email in the parking garage. As soon as I saw the email from Disney, I SCREAMED!!!
I am incredibly honored that I am invited to the 2018 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration!! Words truly cannot express how much this means to me and my family. Expect a post about it soon!

Jared and I had a meeting the other day and we brought the boys along with us. They were on their best behaviors with their iPads. They were offered soda, something they NEVER drink and actually don’t like LOL. Lincoln opted for a hot chocolate, while Avery was content with water. Don’t they look like little big shots sitting at the conference table?

Happy Halloween!! It was so fun being in Rhode Island this year for Halloween. They boys were able to trick-or-treat with their cousins! Here we have Mario, Master Chief, a Skeleton, and Mal from the Descendants!!
Well, that’s a wrap! Cheers to the weekend! xoxo

Another blogger I know mentioned that same wind storm! I’m so jealous about the Disney social media moms thing.
