Disney’s Live Action Mulan Activity Packet
I love that Disney always releases fun activities that are related to its films. They are usually filled with coloring pages and other activities like crossword puzzles or mazes. Kids love to print them out to dive deeper into the movie!
What I really love about this Mulan activity packet, is it’s educational. This isn’t your typical coloring book…and that’s what makes it extra special.
This free printable is filled with inspiration. You’re given a brief history of Mulan and her story. It talks about how Mulan takes a “journey.” You are then encouraged to chart your OWN journey! With the printable template, kids (or you!) can write down your goals, and the steps you will take to achieve them! It’s very inspiring!
Another activity is to go outside and observe nature. Not only to observe nature, but to truly take a deep look and appreciate its beauty. How does nature inspire you?
And finally, there is a paged dedicated to family. We all know that the theme of family is important in Mulan. Think about what family means to you, and write it down! Then, draw your family crest!
There are also examples of ways to practice mindfulness. I know in both of my kids’ schools their teachers are continuously teaching them ways to be mindful. I think this can be a helpful tool for all of us, especially now.
