You guys, can you believe I live in New England and have NEVER been apple picking before?! Pretty crazy!! Anyways, we visited March Farm in Bethlehem, Connecticut. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We purchased our huge bag, and hit the orchards!!
Of course we stopped along the way to sample all of the delicious apples. I think my favorites were the Macoun’s. They were just so crisp and juicy!
My boys were clearly fans! Even Lincoln, who normally won’t even eat apples was munching away! They must taste better if you pick them yourself!!
After we picked our apples, we ventured over to their playground, and let the boys run wild.
Afterwards we picked out two pumpkins for Lincoln and Avery. Although they did offer a hayride where we could pick our own, everyone was pretty tired so we opted to just grab two that were already on the lot.
What a fun day!! I think we will definitely be adding apple picking to our annual fall festivities!! It was such a great day of making memories with my little family.
