Our Disney Kids Preschool Playdate was fun for all of our family and friends…children AND adults! It was a wonderful day for the kids to let their imaginations run wild, and for all of us to talk about one of our favorite things…DISNEY!!!
I received free products in order to host the Disney Kids Preschool Playdate. The opinions expressed here are my own.
#DisneyKids Preschool Playdates are a family favorite in our house. It’s certainly no secret that we love all things Disney. We’re Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and try to visit at least twice per year. If we’re planning a family vacation, you can guarantee Disney is our destination of choice! A little over a year ago, we hosted a fun Jake and the Neverland Pirates Preschool Playdate that was a hit for all! So of course when we were offered the opportunity to host another fun-filled Disney Kids Preschool Playdate,we jumped at the opportunity!!
Being a blogger, my kids are used to getting special packages in the mail. However, when we received a giant box from DISNEY…they were a bit more excited than usual. Can’t say as I blame them! Here is our “unboxing video.” It’s a bit long, but I promise it’s super cute!
Oh my goodness, have you ever seen so much fun inside of one box?! Needless to say, Lincoln and Avery were both very excited…as if you couldn’t tell 😉
We got to planning our special playdate with our little friends. We decided on the Saturday before Easter, and planned it at my parents house in Rhode Island. We were already going to be spending the weekend there, and most of our littlest friends live in RI, so it just made sense.
The day of the party, my parents house was completely decked out with our fun Mickey decorations! We even had the cutest little kids table set up, with their very own place settings!!
Soon our party guests started to arrive, and the fun was about to begin!!
When you have a Disney Kids playdate, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse NEEDS to be on according to Avery!!
The kids kept themselves busy playing pirates.
We planned an egg hunt that all the kids went crazy over!
Inside of the eggs, there were special surprises! Animals from Animal Kingdom’s Kilimanjaro Safari!! These were a huge hit with the kids.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is undergoing some major changes. Lots of new additions, including a nighttime show, Rivers of Light. Kilimanjaro Safaris will also be offering nighttime safari rides!! Guests will be able to have a whole new experience on their safari ride; witnessing the nocturnal habits of the animals. Our family is very excited about all these additions and cannot wait to experience the park on our next vacation!
We had the most adorable favor bags for our guests. We filled these drawstring Disney Junior bags with Sofia the First tiaras and Jake and the Neverland Pirates hats, as well as a Lion Guard poster, and a fun map featuring all four parks! It was a huge hit for the kids!!
Special thank you to Disney Parks and Mom Select for providing my family with the opportunity to host this incredibly fun #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate. We are now even more excited for our next vacation back “home!”
