I vividly remember being a kid and coming home from a long day at school, eager to see if my mom had prepared a yummy snack. One of my favorites, was pudding. Mmmmm. There is just something about that smooth, creamy, chocolatey goodness that always seems to hit the spot.
Now that I am a mom, and have two little boys of my own…it’s my turn to surprise my kids with yummy snacks! Seriously, I’m like the snack hero in my house — pretty cool job!!
I don’t know about your children, but mine love s’mores. Heck, I love s’mores too — who doesn’t?! There is nothing like ooey gooey s’mores, over a fire on a cool summer (or fall!) night.
The other day I was trying to think of a new snack that the whole family would just love. And then it hit me…what if I could somehow combine two of their favorite snacks into one!! A chocolate s’mores pudding pie!!! OMG…I was seriously drooling just thinking of it!!!
This recipe is seriously fool proof. If you know me, then you know I’m all about easy recipes. This one is ridiculous easy. Here’s everything you will need:
— Graham cracker crust
— Hershey’s Ready to Eat S’mores Pudding
— Whipped cream
— Chocolate Chips
— Crushed graham crackers
First you need to empty two entire packages of Hershey’s S’mores pudding into a bowl, and mix well.
Next, scoop the pudding into the graham cracker crust, and spread evenly.
Generously top the entire pie with whipped cream.
Finally, sprinkle the chocolate chips and graham crackers all over…there is no such thing as too much 🙂
