Almost as soon as we walked into the park, we noticed Jake from the Neverland Pirates. Lincoln has really just started getting into this show on Disney Junior, so we stopped for a quick photo opp.
After that, we headed straight for Lincoln’s absolute favorite show in the park. Disney Junior Live on Stage. Although this photo is a bit dark, you can see the setup of the stage. This show features characters from Disney Junior shows like Mickey Mouse, Handy Manny, Little Einsteins, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Rather than life-size characters, they are actually small puppets, which is great for little kids!
Lincoln was up and dancing throughout this entire show! I actually was taking a cute little video of him dancing, and I got in trouble because of the light! haha. Whoops!!
This show is very interactive, and at one part, there’s even “treasure” that falls from the ceiling!
That always leads to MUST PICK UP ALL THE GOLD PIECES!! Lincoln goes NUTS!
Next we headed to watch the Beauty and the Beast show. As many times as we have been to Hollywood Studios this past year, we have seemed to miss this show every single time! It’s performed similar to a Broadway show, and I just knew Lincoln would love all the music.
And? It was fantastic. Lincoln was in awe….& so was I ๐
After we finished up the show, we had lunch reservations at Hollywood & Vine. This was a character lunch, with characters from Disney Junior. How perfect for our Disney Junior loving boy!
Lincoln got to meet Handy Manny, Special Agent Oso, as well as Jake [again].
And then?
He met June from The Little Einsteins. And he was smitten.
Although the character meals are a bit pricey, it was so worth it, and probably one of our favorite parts of our trip. Lincoln got a lot of time with the characters, and even got to participate in a conga line with his BFF Jake!
When we go back to Florida in October for my aunts wedding, we are planning on making reservations for a character breakfast. It was that fun!
Lucky for us, when we made our lunch reservations, guest relations gave us 3 fast pass tickets. We headed towards Toy Story Mania. One of the best rides, in my opinion. The wait for this ride is usually ridiculous. Like 2 hours ridiculous. Thankfully our fast passes got us right through and onto the ride in no time!
Lincoln was all ready with his 3D glasses…
Don’t tell anyone, but because the cast member forgot to collect our fast passes, we ended up going on this ride again 20 minutes later ๐
And who did Lincoln get to meet?
